Project Timeline

The Perry Choice Neighborhood Project is a two-year planning initiative, which is divided into four phases. The first phase focuses on project start-up, project scoping and the gathering of data for an asset and needs assessment.  The second phase on data analysis, core program development and housing and site planning, while phase three deals primarily with the preparation of core elements of the project plan.  The final phase in the project focuses on the preparation and submission of the transformation plan.
