賽事進行期間，各參賽者必須攜帶下列物品，大會可能於賽事中作裝備檢查｡ 如欠缺任何指定裝備，可能被加長完成時間或取消參賽資格：

補給包服務
大會在CP4蓬瀛仙館(42.4K)設置補給包服務，放便大家索取物資。參賽者可在4號檢查站和終點站各寄存一個補給包，當參賽者經過4號檢查站後，其4號檢查站補給包將被送到終點。補給包尺寸不可大於10公升，參賽者必須親身或委託他人於終點前領回寄存補級包。比賽結束時，所有未取回的補給包或行李，主辦機構將自行處置。敬請注意寄存補給包內物件如有任何損失或損毀，賽事主辦機構概不負責。參賽者不宜於補給包內放置任何貴重物品。
Each participant will need to carry the following items with them at all times. There will be random gear checks during the event and if you are missing any item you will incur a penalty which may range from a time penalty to disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.
Mandatory gear
a) A mobile phone
b) Two headlamp/torch (with batteries)
c) A whistle
d) An emergency space blanket or equivalent
e) Capacity to carry at least 1.5 litres of water (water bladder or water bottles)
f) 2 energy bars / food portions
g) A Ziploc bag for your personal rubbish
h) Race bib
i) Some cash
j) Cup – No disposable cups will be provided at the checkpoints
k) Utensils (e.g. Chopsticks, fork or spoon)

a) Anti-chafing cream

g) A spare headlamp/torch (with batteries)

Drop/Support Bag
100Km Participants can leave one drop/support bag for checkpoint 4 (42.4Km fung ying seen koon) and the finish. Only one bag per person is permitted to be dropped at each of CP4 and the finish. After a participant passes through CP4, his or her bag will be transported to the finish. The size of the supply bag cannot be larger than 10 liters. Participants must collect the stored supply bag in person or by entrusting others to pick up the supply bag before the finish line. At the end of the competition, the organizer will dispose of any unretrieved supply bags or luggage. Please note that the event organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to the items in the stored supply package. Participants are not allowed to place any valuables in their supply bags.
